Inside: T-shirt, *athletic running shoes and shorts (shorts are required to stop the students from sliding on the gymnasium floor. It is quite a problem!)

Outside: T-shirt and/or sweatshirt, shorts and/or sweatpants, *athletic running shoes.

 

*All students must wear running shoes that offer ankle support and cushioning for the soles of the feet. There is a difference between athletic running shoes and “fashion” running shoes.

 

Class Rules

All students are expected to:

  • listen quietly to the instructions
  • do not interrupt
  • be a good sport/friend
  • be respectful of the equipment
  • respect all the game rules and safety rules
